Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Kingdutchwaves webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offer and products
All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or details may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation. Kingdutchwaves reserves the right to modify the offer and prices.

Article 4 – Prices and payments
• All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full before shipment.
• Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

Article 5 – Processing, shipping and delivery
• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Delivery within the Netherlands takes on average 1–3 working days.
• Shipping takes place from the Netherlands.
• Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
• Kingdutchwaves is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping costs
• Netherlands: €2.75
• Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €45
• International: €15 shipping costs (Belgium and Germany excluded; different rates apply)

Article 6 – Returns & hygiene policy
Due to hygiene reasons, bonnets cannot be returned. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be reversed. Kingdutchwaves cannot take any risk regarding the reuse of hygiene products.

Article 7 – Defective or incorrect products
If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at:
Reports submitted after this period cannot be processed.

Article 8 – Liability
Kingdutchwaves is not liable for damage resulting from:
• Improper or unintended use of the products
• Allergic reactions or hair-related issues
Use of the products is entirely at your own risk.

All texts, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Kingdutchwaves. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use them without written permission.

Kingdutchwaves handles personal data with care. Data is used exclusively for order processing and communication, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Article 11 – Force majeure
In case of force majeure (such as supply issues, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances), Kingdutchwaves has the right to suspend obligations or terminate the agreement.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
