At KingDutchWaves, you can pay safely and easily using the available payment methods in our webshop. All payments are processed through a secure payment environment.

After completing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.

Order processing

​

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Orders placed on working days are shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping methods

Letterbox package

​

• Up to 2 bonnets are shipped as a letterbox package.
• You do not need to stay at home for delivery.

​

Parcel delivery

• Larger orders are shipped as a parcel.
• If you are not at home, the package will:
• be delivered to your neighbours, or
• be taken to a PostNL pick-up point (according to PostNL policies).

Delivery time

• Shipping via PostNL: 1–3 working days after processing.
• Total delivery time: 1–4 working days.

Personal delivery

If you live in one of the following areas, your order may be delivered personally:

• Rotterdam
• Schiedam
• Vlaardingen
• Spijkenisse
• Capelle aan den IJssel
• Gouda

Personal delivery is arranged in consultation after placing your order.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders from €45 and up
• Below this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
